Default What to expect, SSDI Mental Exam?

I'm not anxious about this really, but my batting average for doing things once or for the first time is nothing to holler about. Is this a written exam, an oral exam, does it require lengthy sitting session? I have little to no info even after searching, because it seems terms are different in different areas.

Thanks
GramE
