Hi everybody! My husband suffers from seizures, depression, anxiety and has a arthritis condition. His reviews are every 3 yrs.
My question here is- Do you or should you keep a personal journal at home of your condition and the good days & bad? Is it required at review time? And does it help/hold up at review time? Or does SSA just listen to what ones doctor says? And if you do keep a journal is your daily, weekly, year by year? How should it be done? Thanks so much!! |

i just keep track on a calendar and then save the calendar from year to year. i have heard from people who are knowledgable and have first hand experience that this helps.

I kept a pain journal for awhile, until it dawned on me how difficult it was for me to write the notes .....for a cursory glimpse by my doctors, so I saved myself the effort.
