Default just finished my forms

Hello Borninabarn,

Just know your not alone. I just submitted my completed forms to my attorney last week, because they wanted to go over them before they went to SS. Personally it took me over 3 weeks to complete them because of my disabilities, but if you take it slow you will get it done.

If you have the equipment at home you can scan the forms into your computer and type in the answers (that's what I did) that way you can go over it slowly and make changes if you need to.

If doing it on the computer is not an option and you don't have anyone who can help you call SS they WILL give you extra time and/or they WILL assist you with the forms. Also if you have an attorney they can help you with the forms.

Right now you're ahead of the game, because there are people on this forum that can at least give you support and understanding that our friends and family will never completely understand. I wish you all the best as you go through this process.
