Its been around 40 days for mine and nothing yet. Starting to wonder if the longer it takes, does it mean it might have been kicked out for a human review.

I try not to think about it, but the stress is killing me.

If others could, would you please post how long it took to get the answer back about your cdr form.

I wonder what the average time is?

I mailed mine out March 1st which is around the same time as you and I also haven't heart anything yet. Like you, I try not to think about it but from time to time I do. I really can't stress myself out because it will only make matters worse on top of my other issues.

If you have been going to your doctors on a regular basis and keeping up with your care then you should be okay if you were to get the long form. You will have ongoing documentation to back up your claim.

Hang in there my friend. You will know soon enough and what will be will be and then you will go from there.

I received my short form cdr around Feb 17. Today I just received notification that I would not being reviewed at this time. I am on a 3 year review and have a score of 0035. It took about 45 days from receiving the letter to receiving the answer.

Hang in there, keep seeing your doctors, and receiving treatment. I know with anxiety not a day went by that I didn't dwell upon the CDR. Even the short form.

I just got back my CDR decision today. Exactly 8 weeks to the day from when it was mailed to them until I received a response today (56 days).

Well i finally got my answer yesterday. The letter said they wont be reviewing my case at this time. This time in the letter, they didnt put in a date for my next review. In 2010, when i had my last CDR, they said they would be reviewing me in Dec 2013. But no date this time, i wonder why.
Could it mean, no more reviews for me, lolllllllllll. Wishful thinking.

I do know on my last CDR, in the special codes that are written on the form, i was listed as being set for 3 year reviews, but on this last CDR form, the 3 was replaced with a 7 and my profile score was lower.

Am tempted to call them up, because truthfully i rather know when to expect the next review, then not knowing. Am a worry freak, so this is gonna drive me crazy everyday, but to afraid to call SS up and ask out of fear it would trigger some review.

Why couldnt they have just put the date on the letter again so i wouldnt have to think about the review until a month or 2 near the date. They must know this will drive me crazy, lolllll

Thanks again to everybody that helped with my questions
Bobby

p.s. do i call ? lolll

I have found that for some people it is just bad luck and others move through the system much faster. I think it also depends on what (if any) paperwork people already have on file for you. I think that I have heard some people who were waiting for 9 weeks before they heard back.
