Okay, I was an idiot and tried chiropractic at the advice of my pain Dr. (go figure).. anyway I had low back pain (sometimes radiating down into the left buttocks)
and then after 2 weeks of chiropractic I had excruitiating pain, can barely walk, had a fire/tingling feeling in the back of my right thigh area and a stabbing pain in my heal. I went and got thai stretching massage that got rid of most of the pain. However, I still have numbness in my 2nd, third and fourth toes (like the end of the toe).. What in the heck is going on?? any ideas? thanks. J. lumbar: L4/L5 mild bulging disk L5/S1 herniation compressing the S1 nerve root & mild stenosis cervical: C5/C6 herniation |
