Does the pain ever go away? Will god ever answer my prayers? going on 2 years of pain and suffering and it's getting worse. Several Moments where I just sat here started crying but it hurts even more when i start crying. had pain in my back that made me felt like I was having seizures. right hand last 2 fingers keeps going numb and tingling spent numerous times in bathroom Nauseated and throwing up But don't have the Flu or stomach virus.. Just when is enough is enough!

I'm so sorry you are in such a state. The numbness and tingling in the hand sounds to be cervical related, and it's possible with being nauseous like you say you have constipation. Get yourself to a doctor. Feel better soon.

I'm sorry you feel so bad. I know how you feel I have back pain so bad I can't take a breath or cry, like you said. I would ask, your doctor first. Have you tried a heating pad or an ice pack?

If I do something to make my back hurt like carrying grocery bags or bending over to pick something then I use Ice. If it just starting hurting when I didn't do anything to cause it then I use a heating pad. I had to look all that up because I use them a lot. It seems to help.

I am not sure what your docs are doing or telling you, but at 2 yrs post, you are behind the 8 ball! Can you get a referral to a neurologist or pain doc (or maybe you already have)? Has anyone considered RSD/CRPS? The approach for such is a different treatment paradigm altogether.

A foramen (meaning "window") is an opening that allows a nerve root from your spinal cord to pass through. At each level of your spine, you have two foramina -- one on each side -- that permit the nerves from that particular level to emerge from the spinal canal and travel to whatever structures they supply. The uncinate process is a hook-shaped bony lump that protrudes upward from each side of the upper surface of the vertebrae in your neck. The uncinate process normally forms one edge of a foramen; when the uncinate process becomes hypertrophic (enlarged) -- usually due to arthritis -- it narrows the foramen, thereby providing less room for the nerve root to pass through. In some cases, uncinate hypertrophy can cause pinching of the nearby nerve root. In short, then, "foraminal stenosis from uncinate process hypertrophy" means the opening for one of the nerve roots in your neck is being crowded by an enlarged bony projection (a bone spur, if you will).

I completely understand. I ended up in the ER because of my pain. It hurt so bad my BP was 150/120. I have no suggestions to help, but it's nice to feel not alone either. I'll keep you in my prayers as well.
