I have ended up with a foot that feels like a foot drop, weak foot/ankle. This is on my right foot which is the side of a hip replacement in 2010. I've ended up with so many complications with this hip job and not long after this surgery I was seeing an integrative rheumatologist for acupuncture, mesotherapy (homeopathic injections) and some prolotherapy. Saw her for close to 2 yrs and she is the one who suggested I start to use a neoprene foot support and I do daily to keep my foot as stable as I can. My recent purchase is a copper threaded support and I like it. So I do go back and forth with these 2 supports.

I use a lot of topicals and mix up a lot of my own "brews". I add drops of DMSO to a lot of my mixtures as I do belong to a DMSO group. Using DMSO does not worry me for a second. I like tea tree oil too which I also add to my brews or use it alone.

I don't know if it's a "legal" foot drop but my right foot is much weaker. It's arthritic and could be some nerve damage too. I ended up with femoral nerve damage from the surgery. And all this could be from shorter leg outcome from surgery.
