Good luck at your upcoming appointment .
I don't know if this will help, yet it explains about the pedicle screw(s), and a bit about the ventral cortex: http://www.medschool.lsuhsc.edu/neur...r/tlscrew.html Anterior spurring? Spurring is in reference to bone spurs, also known as osteophytes. Anterior means front. But I don't know the total context it appeared in your report.
