((Hugs)) for you Blue.

I hope you have a good night's sleep to help you sort through all the thoughts and emotions, then maybe your mind will let you talk to us.

Here is a link for no better reason then to make you smile,

You seem like you could use a smile.

not sure what is going on... definitely some depression in there. in your previous post you mention not liking things you liked before... that is sometimes a feature of depression. it is called anhedonia (inability to enjoy things or activities one normally likes).

between this and your previous post, i would suggest seeing a doctor. either your GP or a psychiatrist. beware though, sometimes "mental" symptoms have underlying causes other than psychiatric. but either way, i think you could use a professional to help you, and if necessary suggest medications.

meanwhile, i am glad you started taking the vitamins and minerals again. if you had stopped them, and especially if you are under stress (i think with your studies, stress is likely) supplements can surely be of help. even big help.

thinking of you. sorry i'm a bit topsy-turvy and still unwell physically so am not around as much.

hang in there.

Default Hi Blue

I understand what you are saying. I go through things like that, and they are not easy to explain. Most people don't have a clue what we go through. I've survived this long, and research is getting better. I believe you can make it. The scientists are advancing in medical help for us.

Also reading the Bible has given me great strength to continue. I think that only God knows whats going on in these type of illnesses. I read verses that help me to not sink. The Psalms, and Isaiah chapters 40 through 66 have got some strength giving, and soothing verses.

Don't give up. You have strength to continue. BF

Heart Dear Majo

oh dear. you know. i was thinking. i don't know if the not being able to talk was a panic/anxiety thing, or if it was an inexplicable inability to speak (aphasia). i don't even know if, subjectively, one could tell the difference. but, aphasia can happen with certain types of migraine aura. and since you are also reporting a "skull-ache" ... now, i am wondering if it might not be good to consult a neurologist - before a psychiatrist - and report these things? (i say before, because, once one has any sort of psych label attributed to them, it is harder to get docs to pay attention and investigate other symptoms - that can even be the cause of some or all of the psych symptoms.) there are many types of treatment for migraine.

do you perchance ever have light/sound sensitivity? nausea? do you have headaches / skullaches often?

migraines can also cause mood swings... and not always do they come with a headache - a person can have an acephalgic or "silent" migraine which may include any of the other phases however.

this is just a thought. i do not know if this is what is happening, i am not a doc, and even if i were, not even a doc can make a diagnosis over the net.

anyway i continue to hope that you start feeling better. i am not sure how quickly you can see a professional. so i am hoping good days just start coming your way.

Hello all,

Wanted to write earlier, but, I was... hum... feeling weird and, decided to write once I started to feel better.... That's why I came and just hit the "thanks" button

Ive been feeling better... yeah, I think I can say that... the last days of last week, I managed to work normally at the lab, and, tomorrow, even when it is a celebration day and the lab is officially closed, I will go and check my cells... I feel motivated on working with my cells again...

-THE LONELY: cutie, you definetely made me smile with that vid. I saw it since the other day, I just couldnt comment as I said before

-STEVE: you are so right, Bible helps a lot... and, I keep the faith that soon, science will understand more about this conditions that are really awful... I felt completely lost !

-WAVES: you are so right, I think a neurologist would be a good option... I do suffer of migraines... I never did before, but recently, let's say 7 months or so, I have been having them... and, I suffer of ocular migraines as I start to see blue lights even when the eyes closed

You know, I feel full of symptoms... I dont know if they are due to the same thing or, if I have hundreds of different illness...

As always, I thank you for all your help and for reading.

Heart Hi Blue

Just thought I'd leave another for you; I would have left it last night, but I was sick, and looking at the computer screen made it worse.

I'm glad the video made you smile; I wish I could do more to help you.

Go to the doctor and get checked out okay?

I will be here wishing you happy wishes and giving hugs.
