I wonder if we didn't have timezones then it would be very strange life indeed. lol

I wonder if I can tell Alffe that I live approximately 1723 kilometers or 1071 miles north-northeast of Koala, which means she's way down (or up if you use a corrected map of the globe lol ) south getting icy winds from the South Pole. Hopefully Koala will come and reply about snow. Brrrrrrrrrrrrrrr. too cold there for me.

I'm happy to say my tummy seems fine, today... and I'm taking good care to keep it that way!

I wonder at how much better I feel about myself for making some good choices today .... got off my butt and did the work that needed to get done in order to put the $$ in my pocket!

I wonder how good it feels to be singing again... and to be on the "show committee".... I'm designing the Program for show in November ... love doing stuff like that and its been a few years since I've done it... we had a meeting tonight...

I wonder why I'm watching the History Channel's "Prophets of Doom".... and am amazed at some of the doom and gloom things they are saying... many that are coming true (you know - money, oil, water, oh, just everything!)... anyway one thing they did say which is absolutely false is this: (Lara and Koala, you'll get a laugh out of this) - this guy said that in Australia it is against the law to have showers longer than 5 minutes when, indeed, the truth is, yes Australians are very careful with their water... but no one is policing how long they have their showers!!!

I wonder at the fun you are going to have at your reunion Alffffeeee! Enjoy!

I wonder what Barbo had for lunch?

I wonder where Reyn went to ?

I wonder how you're feeling dear Tamiloo-loo?

I wonder if he'd like to know that saving 3 minutes shower time means saving 45 litres of water. What a silly thing he said. Against the law? We're a land of opposites/extremes. If it's not flooding it's drought. During drought our water use is restricted of course. Also the excess water bill, like the electricity bill and the phone bill, keeps going up and up. It is true that watering lawns and gardens is restricted to certain hours of the day in a lot of areas. Having a shower? lol How would they know how long we were in the shower?

love to everyone.

I wonder if you know how big my smile was when I read what Addy had written about our showers? Funny as it sounds it's not far from the truth in some country areas, but only as far as timing goes. That's because we are careful with water and try not to waste a drop, but there are definitely no laws about the time limit on showering. I've lived in areas where we had no town water, so every drop had to be used sparingly, but that's just part of being water-wise anyway

I wonder if you know how nice it was to come along and see my name in the wonders? Thank you Mrs Alffe

In answer to your question, it does snow here.... sort of.

We don't get snow in the suburbs like America does in the winter, not unless one happens to live in the highlands or mountain districts where the snow fields have had heavy falls already this season.

I live in Australia's southern most city and it's built around the base of a mountain. In the winter the mountain is capped with snow and very occassionally, the snow will be down it's base. We do however get frosts, sometimes quite heavy and we get ice cold winds off the south pole. Brrrrr!

Here's a photo taken a week or so ago that shows the snow we get here.

I wonder how wonderful it is to report that I'm feeling so much better. Before the Epidural I was watching the clock hoping it was time to take something for pain or I would lay down to relief some of the pain. Now I have to write down when I have taken a pill because I go beyond the time and am not so desperate for relief
