Its perfectly NORMAL to second guess your worth... but look at how many of us are so totally behind your decision to do this... remember... we have "known" you for a long, long time!! We have watched you grow.

You are going to help many more people understand themselves and those around them....

when I get like this I think of my favourite "up front" person in my chorus - she's a teacher and is gifted with drawing you into her enthusiasm and passion ...

I tell myself - "remember how Sylvia does it"....

and then, like the singer I am... I act ....

Goofy, you have helped me here, online, to understand and work on some of my own problems related to self-destructive behavior and self-injury--it took me ages to even be willing to identify it for what it was! Your courage and strength guided me. Thanks, Goofy ~
