I've had 2 friends commit suicide in the last year or so. Like me, they had lots of medical and emotinal stuff. Sometimes, I wish I was that brave to do it. That may sound stupid. But, it goes through my head. Jane and Lisa we're not real close friends. But, I knew them for a few years.

I'm so sorry about Jane and Lisa. You've come to the right forum kyangel, we understand those thoughts and try to help each other through them.
Have you read Pters words that are stickied at the top of this forum. He struggled with those thoughts all his life and won that battle...taught all of us alot in the process.

Thanks Alffe, I'll have to check that out. I've dealt with depression my whole life. I was dx with bipolar II disorder about 5 years ago. I have C-PTSD. Just wanted to share a but more.

I take seroquel, lamactal and cymbalta. I take trrazodone if I can't sleep. I've been have alot of nightmares lately. I've just been on cymbalta since Jan. I was in the psych unit. I was having SU urges.

I think my meds help with the depression and C-PTSD. But, it could be a little better with the ptsd and panic. My pdoc, doesn't want to give me anything for anxiety/panic. I work on that in therpy.

My therpay went pretty good. She giave me some journaling to do. I think journaling is good for me. I do get 'stucky' with it at times.
