Hi, I hope today is going ok for you. I understand exactly how you feel. Yes there are other's, like myself, that feel this way. I've actually had many things happen in my life that folks have accused I brought on myself. However, things that can not be explained. I simply refuse to acknowledge. Fear is not an easy thing. Fear of the unknown is the most common in my opinion. And to battle something that you are unaware of is impossible. Thoughts can be controled to a certain point. And when one finds that their thoughts can not be controled in a productive or positive manner. Help is warranted. I'm glad that you have the strength to ask. That means to me that you are perceptive and have the willingness to overcome. That's such a great thing. (Smiles). I'm very proud of you for expressing yourself so well. I have found that even on dreary, rainy days there are always wonderful things to be seen in our fantastic world. The glory of nature and the artistry of everything around us. The miricle of life as we all evolve from then till now. It's all beautiful. Just as one first wakes up in the morning and makes their way to the latrine. To glance in the mirror and say out loud. "I love you". Have a wonderful day. Soft hugs |

G'day Majo,
Don't forget we have a forum here too for anxiety and ocd. There are some really good links in the Useful websites section. I've lived with anxiety and a certain amount LOL of OCD the majority of my life, but it's all sporadic. Gotta get on top of it early is my thought. Unlearn some patterns of thinking and learn new ones. Sounds so simple but it's not. Need some professional help to do that. Anxiety as you describe and as I sometimes feel can be totally crippling. I know. Once a pattern is set and you start avoiding certain stressors or certain places it's like a huge trap or well and then it takes a lot of work to get back out of that pattern. It's also very frightening so the earlier we learn how to manage our thought patterns and certain behaviours the better it can be. I think I left it all a little too late. lol Anyway, here's the links. NeuroTalk Anxiety and OCD Forum Useful Websites and Resources for Anxiety & OCD |

Thank you for writing Lara
I really appreciate when somebody reply to my posts because when I come here, and read, immediately my fears are gone.... So, thanks for writing.... I just started taking vitamin D yesterday, and, I think it has helped me with fears... (!?) Could that be or is it just a coincidence ?? I know phobias and panic at. come and go, come and go, so, my fears might come back later, but this morning I just feel fine... I will try to find something about vitamin D and mood.... Thanks ! |

I have to tell you that I also have ALL these same feeling as you describe, all my life. I was always Different. It's feels good to know that we, \ALL of us exist. It's very weird also that sometimes I read all different forums here & THEN find myself thinking, oh no...my hand was shaking...what I'm getting Parkinsons or something! Retarded ha? But for me it's a normal thought and fear. Then I have to remind myself of my Spiritual Belief's & Im over it! I love reading your posts, as I do everyones. It always warms my heart & you are very Special to me..Take care my dear friend...I have to run to help mom.. |
