My college-age daughter, who grew up in KS and loves the heat, is living in Manitoba, Canada. I knew that, not only would she dislike the winters, but that the summers, with average highs of 75F (25C) would not be hot enough for someone who enjoys our 95-100F (37-ishC) days.

She'll be home on vacation in a few weeks, and can't wait for the heat! I, however, who grew up in Canada, would love to trade her places for the summers!
