Default SSDI Judicial Review is FINALLY scheduled!
Since June 2009 I have been fighting and fighting and frustrated and stressed and paperwork out of the ears...
and finally today I got a good bit of news.

APRIL 12TH!! I am scheduled to be in Richmond with my lawyers to present my case to a judge!

I didn`t really know what to expect before mine, but the judge was really cool and seemed to think SSDI were idiots for denying me twice. I guess it may go by the judge though. Good Luck!
