Anyone know why Evel **** left the Big Brother House? It doesn't make sense that he would leave of his own volition and if so I don't get why they gave Danielle such a leg up in the game? I think they should have given her another partner maybe another oldie from a previous season.
Lol **** got censored. :D |
Well what was the big announcement last night on Big Brother?
Watched AGT today (yesterdays tape). Was totally shocked that the motorcycle family got voted off, the other 3 I agreed with. So it's the 11 year old piano player/singer, young street dancer who has no formal training, big dance troupe and Russian balance and throw up in the air act. Also watched SYTYCD. It's always sad when you have to eliminate the last two before the top 10. I never have felt that Ryan was as good as the other women and she was voted off. I can't remember the name of the guy. I think it was Alex. Watched Expedition Impossible. It is impossible! This show is nothing like the challenges they have on Amazing Race. That blind guy is just wonderful. He will try anything and his brother willl help him. I think I have watched my last of Love in the wild. I just don't like the idea of it, switching partners every two days and sleeping together. |
MI shocked me! I really expect CBs to go home. That boy has a lot of quit in him! Those girls worked really hard, and simply because those boys could power plow they left the girls behind. NExt week looks good too! Gypies are in trouble, and the blind guy is going to start taking the lead.
|
D i c k made a little apology/pep speech, saying he left Big Brother for personal reasons. He encouraged everyone to keep on doing what they are doing and to not lose faith in themselves.
His daughter is safe from eviction for 4 weeks and so now, is Porcia. Keith left..yeaaaaa.:D.. The blonde returnee got HOH, 'cause her boyfriend thru the compitition. I thought SYTYCD went as I expected. At this point, noone deserves to leave, unless they completely foul up. Still enjoying Master Chef.:) My Fav is the guy who made the best 7 layer cake. |
On BB, Jordon was a chicken, not to nominate Rachel and Brenden for eviction.:icon_twisted: Now watch R&B turn on Jeff and Jordon..LOL!
|
No big surprises on AGT tonight. The young motorcycle thrill group, Sillhouette got through, the male pole dancer is in, Pieirce was really mad at that although one of their guest acts tonight was an acrobatic act and two of the guys did acrobatic acts on the poles. They just didn't do it dressed kind of weird with artificial white eye lashes. I'm sitting here with a blank spot in my brain as to which of the musicians went through.
SYTYCD was amazing again. I love it when they have the all stars dance with them. Brandon from some season long ago was an all star and he had on to many clothes! There was only one team that got only fair remarks from the judging panel. I'm turned off by Love in the wild so I have no report on that. |
AGT was a little better this week than last. I hope the husband and wife team don't go through. I don't see how I can watch them again! Hanging things off the lower eyelids and swinging them around. Also the guy that fell into the 12 inch water. When he was standing up that water was almost up to his knees. That couldn't have been 12 inches. Granted, it was quite a fall but they need to be honest. Not really sure who I want to got through. Not the, oh my mind just went blank. The ball on the end of the rope thingy. I don't think he will go through or the group that jumped rope or the young 12 year old singer
|
Well I was OK on all of the ones that went through to the next stage on AGT except the guy who falls into the pool. I think the illusionist should have gone through. So now we have the opera singer, the singer who does Frank Sinatra style, the young girl and her band and the jumper. I have to watch SYTYCD yet.
|
AGT was on tonight. Some were good, some were bad, some were really bad, some shouldn't have been there. I'm really nnot sure what 4 acts I expect to go through tomorrow night. The last act, the one with the weird colors in black light for sure, maybe the bicycle acts. I thought the 3 little girls were going to be good but they did better in Vegas. Time will tell.
|
Sorry Doydie, I'm just not following these shows too closely anymore. I do check in and enjoy BB, HK and MC and that's about it for me, this summer. Maybe things will pick up in the Fall??
 |
Yeah Sally, it has been getting lonely in here sometimes.
|
Was some pretty tough calls tonight on AGT. We had a dance group, acrobats, super group with no word to describe, and the fourth will come to mind at midnight! Next week is the U Tube auditions act.
SYTYCD is down to the last 3 couples so of course all of them would be heart breakers to send home. I saw more of Mary Murphy's chest than I ever want to again. |
Well as expected Melanie won on SYTYCD. I am disapointed in some of the wild card acts brought back for next week. The tongue depressor guy and the Funny little people are back.
|
Is anyone watching Big Brother? It's been a blast!!!:D
|
with DH's travel schedule, everything has been delayed so I have stayed away from this thread to avoid spoilers.
SYTYCD. This season was not one of my favorites, I think it was in part due to the guys not being appealing, they all seemed small and not really able to lift the girls. Once the all stars got involved, I enjoyed the dances better. One of my favorite dances involved a hip hop guy from a season long ago. I have forgotten his name but I remember Debbie Allen gave him free dance lessons with her studio. He had so matured! Then there was Pasha, Adai, Joshua and my very favorite MARK! Melody was the clear winner, no surprises. @Sally, I am watching HK for the first time. I thought Chef Ramsey was just going to yell all the time so I never tuned in until now. He is nicer than I expected. I am also watching MC. It was so cool that Tracy was given such an opportunity after being eliminated. Will the other remaining contestants all be offered something? |
expedition impossible still has my attention. LOVE IT. I was shocked at who didnt go home last night.
Did you see the karoke competition? that was fun. |
Yes I saw the kaoroke compitition. I wish my husband would do something like that. He's a great Kaoroke singer but he says all the compitiions here are so political, the winner is predetermined.
I am so proud of No Limits on Expidition Immpossible but yet I'm mad at them also for going on with his leg like it is. |
I couldnt believe he kept walking on that leg, but i was pleased that he at least had an xray to be sure it wasnt broken. The blind guy and his gimpy friend are doing great! next week looks scary! The blind guy has given me so much courage.
|
OK, who else is rooting for Jennifer for Master Chef!!!!! :)
|
If Sally says I need to root for her then I'll root for her!
|
So who watched AGT wild card show tonight. I just loved that comedien that 'roasted' Pierce. He really did his homework and I loved it when Pierce said he was funny.
|
I didn't watch it, but I'm rootin for the comedien, Doydie..:p
GTW, Jennifer won MC..yeaaaaa!! |
First of the quarter finals tonight on AGT. 12 acts, I'd say about 6 have a good chance at being one of the top five that go through. And for those that remember Prince Poppycock from last year, he is one of the guest performers tomorrow night.
I stopped watching Love in the wild just because I didn't like the pretext of the show after I started watching it but last week when my show I was watching on the DVR was over I turned it over to the network I was going to watch and LITW was just finishing. I knew it was the last episode so I watched the last 5 minutes. The couple that won the first challenge stayed together during all the couple switch up and bed switch ups and won it all. |
Expedition Impossible had finale tonight. It's like Amazing Race but yet it isn't. They stay in one country, no air flights, mainly extreme challenges. They started out with 4 teams left tonight, Football players who have learned a lot through out the show, Fab 3 which has done well physically but bicker so much they are impssoible to watch and root for, No limits which consist of a brother and brother and best friend who have all travelled together extensivley. One kicker is that one of the brothers is blind and the friend reinjured an old war injury which really impeded his walking much less running, and The gypsies which are used to extrmem traveling. They have come in first in all but one leg. The football players are eliminated early in the episode. So The Gypsies win it then No limits. I would have loved for No limits to win but the Gypsies played fair, they even gave up a reward of phone calls to hone to No Limits just because they felt it was right. The winnings was $150,000 and a Ford Explorer apiece. So they don't match up at all to the other reality shows but the challenges were really great.
|
The finals are going to be good for AGT. Quarter finals was on tonight, find out tomorrow night who the 5 groups to go through. One of the young acts was supposed to do this gymnast tumble through this ring of fire and hit the right of fire instead. I think the fact that there was absolutely no injury due to his fire proof suit takes away some of the thrill.
Contestants for DWTS announced yesterday. I haven't been able to find out who they will be dancing with yet. Some are interesting. Chaz, formerly Chastity Bono is one of them. As a side note one of Survivors favorite, maybe not mine, Rupert is going to run fro Governor of Indiana. He is siting his work with youth as his qualifications. I don't know if by saying that he is saying that working with youth will be the same as working with the state Senate. |
Survivor -- Cowboy Rick
http://www.cbs.com/shows/survivor/vi...ic-cowboy-rick
Check out "Cowboy Rick!" He is truly a cowboy and has a ranch just about 4 miles from me here in central Utah. I don't know him well, but I used to bowl with his wife. Also, she and I both worked at the same hospital. They are a good-looking couple -- she looks like an "Amazon" woman -- tall, blonde and pretty. Rick has tried out for this show for 14 years and finally made it! His wife wouldn't tell me how long he lasted, but I suspect he did very well. I've never watched Survivor, but I've stayed at the place in Manaus jungle (Brazil) where they filmed the first one. I'm counting on watching this season! |

HGTV has several reality shows on right now. Design Star is on, actually it's almost over. Tonight the second season of American Handyman or something like that started. It's funny that 2 Canadian guys are judging it. The started out with 29 people with handyman experience, gave them 2 pieces of plywood, 2 hours and told them to make whatever they wanted. These people made everything from an elaborate cradle to a wood box. 3 people went home and then the remaining people had to make a gate, that worked. 3 more people went home.
Next week starts Showcase showdown. They take what looks to be model homes and design them. |
AGT - I am enjoying this season, lots of good acts.
I was a bit disappointed in one of my faves Sillhouettes. Can't spell!. They seemed messy this time. Maybe it was the music choice. However, I could see this particular dance (?) as the first once and culminating in the America one they did last time I saw them. Too many dance acts, really. I have a love/hate relationship with DWTS!:) Nancy Grace?! Design star. Don't have a favorite. Seemed as if I had more dislikes of contestants than any I am rooting for. Can't wait for Survivor...:) |
Biggest Loser is starting soon also
|
Design Star contestants had to do a 'tiny house'. I have seen several articles about them. I wish they had said that they would actually donate them to some one.Granted people who actually live in these 'tiny houses' wouldn't have been so frivolous with some of the furnishings but at least some one could use it. Some couples actually live in these things.

I thought some of the acts tonight on AGT were worthy of going through and some not. I do like the cooner, can't remember names. I have never liked the high school dance group that dance like walking zombies. I love the children that dance behind the curtain and I love Illuminate. I don't like the 10 year old girl, yes she is talented. I like the opera singer but not her voice tonight and I can't remember how long it has been since i have known that a grown man has had a goldfish in his mouth. That went out in the 60's! Have I covered them? Oh, Peirce behaved himself a little more tonight.
|
I have not finished watching AGT, we saw an hour last night. I agree with you Doydie...
I love the kids behind the curtain. Silhouettes. It is one of the more innovative acts. But the kids are too young to have to do Las Vegas every night! I also like the rock band Poplife(?). That little girl has a lot of charisma. I did not like the Michael Jackson thing last night though. The Beatles "come together" was really good. The stage props are good for the group. Again, not something I would want for young people, to be under contract to perform in Las Vegas. I agree with you on the young single girl. She is VERY good but the other acts I just mentioned are better IMO. That magician is handsome! He looks older than my son who is the same age! |
Well I agree with all that went on to the final 4 on AGT

The crooner did a great performance this time, it was smart to have a big band accompany him. I don't think it was an act when he did not celebrate going to the finals over the 11 year old. Made me like him even more than I had before. DH was paying more attention to his laptop when crooner began to sing and said it was amazing to look up and see it was not Frank Sinatra. |
@doyde. So do you have a favorite to WIN?
My two faves are Silhouettes - most original acts of the four. but my heart goes to Poplyfe...there is something about that girl that speaks to me... I do not think the band will win, it is just an emotional pull. |
I guess as far as winning AGT and getting the prize that goes with it, I would go with the crooner because the Illuminate will make it without the money. Poplyfe is good but I see what stardom does to young people and those kids have had enough hard things to hit them in their short lives I don't want stardom to make it even worse. Siluoette, Yeah I know that's not the right spelling, also is a great group and would do well with a show but most of this team is young and need to concentrate on being young. I think they will gets lots of oppotunities to do shows. So I guess I am saying the crooner is my fave. But at age 61 and my husband loves crooners and sings karaoke and does a fantastic job of crooners, I really love him. Just his whole persona does not say crooner. I do hope he uses some of his prize money, because he is going to get the prize money, to get some dental work.

Set your DVRs next Wednesday. The finale for AGT is the same hour as the first episode of Survivor!
