Oh my goodness! All that going up and down the stairs would wear me out. I'm sorry this is such a long process for you. I can relate to some of it as I have to go to the laundry room to do my laundry now. It is exhausting but at least it all gets done at one time.
Have a good cry as you deserve it. The fatigue we get is so frustrating, to say the least. ![]() ![]() |

Oh dear blessings, can't family help with that chore? That is way too much work.
Moving your washer and dryer upstairs would help. I was going to do that but DD does mine with no complaints and I have such a little bit. ![]()

Yes, Sally, Mr. Blessings usually does the up-and-down for me--in fact, he does about half the laundry. He wasn't feeling well today, so I just decided "Oh well, it will take me all day, but I'll git 'er done."
We have a place to put the washer and dryer upstairs, but it would take some remodeling--almost as tiring as the current plan! It just struck me that the household chores to which I never gave a second thought have become one-a-day projects. Poo.

Once I got upstairs or downstairs I would forget what I was supposed to do

it seems to me that it might be easier if you just bought new sheets (just kidding!)
as someone who has stairs, I give you my full sympathy...but good for you for stepping up (&down, &up, &down) for getting it all done. Way to go my friend ![]()
