Default Massive headache

So far it's an over 24 hour headache. I live for 4 hours to come so I can take some more Tylenol. I have some Lortab I will take at bedtime. I have worried that it might be optic neuritis again but it doesn't seem to be in the eye at all, just completely surrounding the orbit of the eye. I was kind of nauseated earlier but supper helped that. I know I have a lot of sinus problems and a good many of my headaches stem from that but there is no other place on my head that hurts as around my right eye. I do have a sore throat. I guess tomorrow if it isn't any better I should call my family doctor.
