Frown Any chance of not experiencing massive headache after-

-an intense argument?

I blew it w/something at the house, & wasn't communicating well.

Someone was mad at me for a long time (cursing, shouting, etc.), and I was trying not to feel stress, but it was really hard.

I'm over a year post-TBI. The person knows, but...

I'm really hoping I don't react physically to this-

Anyone get through unscathed?

Thanks-

Default Hang in there

This happened to me a couple of times while I was staying with my family. I would recommend going back to the fundamentals: rest, meditate, call a friend or your significant other, don't skip meals, have a cup of tea, take a shower, go outside, do whatever calms and supports you. Take the time you need to regain your equilibrium. Later you can talk to the other person and seek to restore harmony.

In my case, I eventually had to move out - it was just the wrong environment for me (my parents are dealing with a lot and were unable to provide the support - emotional and otherwise - I needed).

Thanks-

We reconciled a bit- we're both Christians. But this can't happen again.

I don't think the Lord wants this either.

The dishes & slamming door downstairs- I can't stand it.

My head is hurting more than it has in quite a while.

Please pray for me if you are a Christian.
