Talking Productivity vs. Naps . . .
I saw this quote today on Pinterest and got a chuckle out of it. It so typical of me and the MS fatigue I get.

"I wake up everyday planning to be productive and then a voice in my head says, 'Haha good one!' and we laugh and laugh and take a nap."

Of course, I would swap the voice in my head with my body because that is more of what happens.

It is amazing how powerful the need to nap is with MSers. I am going through what I call another narcolepsy-type phase; I fall asleep at the drop of a hat, even sitting straight up. I don't drive much when I'm like this, because I will definitely fall asleep at the wheel.

I love napping, but not all day, which has been occuring a lot this week

I missed happy hour down on the boat yesterday cause I fell asleep and could not wake up. Boo....had a bunch of daiquiri mix in the freezer all ready to be mixed

Naps are awesome! During this summer, I had my niece and nephew come over on the weeks that they didn't have camp. On the first day of Aunt Trish camp, we had just had lunch and I overheard my niece telling my nephew, "And now we get to pick out a movie on Netflix to watch because Aunt Trish has to nap." She knows my routine and my nephew kind of laughed because his Aunt has to take a nap everyday.

Without a nap I am mush be later on in the day, both physically and mentally.
