Yesterday I got my packet of info from the GI doctors office about the prep and everything. It aint like it used to be He uses a different laxative drink called MoviPrep, I have this strict diet I have to adhere to for one week prior, has to be very low fiber, no fruits with skins or fruits, specific grains, beans, etc. I have to cut out different medicine also for that week. I have to stop my fiber tablets!!!! What am I going to do to have a BM??? I also have to stop my vitamin for the whole week because it has iron in it. Also stop my aspirin for the week. The prep is supposed to be a low volume prep, I'm not drinking a gallon of the solution like the last one I had eons ago. I googled it to see what this stuff is and it said that people with low blood sodium should not take it So I guess I need to use my script to have that checked tomorrow so my PCP can get the results back to make sure I can take this stuff. I wonder how many people google a prep and see what it is. Plus not everyone knows what low blood sodium is.

I can't eat my crunchy peanut butter It does say I can have a lot of eggs though. So I do like that but I'm not sure my cholesterol will. I do try to limit that to 2/week.
