Apparently not. They told me to have her go to the Public Health and the Dept of Human Services to get started. The girl on the phone was pretty sure mom wouldn't qualify. I am going to tell my sister to push the breast cancer thing because she is still being treated for that. Breast cancer is instant coverage. :rolleyes:
