Tim has been on oral prednisone for a couple of weeks for a Crohn's Disease exacerbation . He is normally a VERY moody person anyway. While I totally understand what he's going through; I still want to lock him in a room until it's over!!!
He is in constant "attack" mode with me and our sons. He usually apologizes after he goes off on a tirade, but my gosh, I'm already on the verge of tears 24/7 lately! It is a bit funny though when I say to him, "it's the steroids talking, not you" and he gets sooo mad!!! It's like telling a woman "there, there dear it's just the pms talking"!!! LOL Ok. I feel better . I gotta go hide under the bed now .

I'm so sorry Joelle! I know when I've been on steroids, DH just looks at me with a scolded puppy look a lot of the time. I get rather demanding and slightly argumentative. Last time in the hospital, I was on the phone with the office giving them orders of what should be done, and how, when and why. The nurses in the room just looked at each other like, gee, could it be the steroids perhaps? She wasn't like this when she checked in!
