I LOVE steamers! There was a place in NYC that had them really cheap when I was in school, and we were there at least weekly for a fix. I haven't been able to find them like they were in NYC ever since.

We just had artichoke hearts, and filets for dinner, and I'm sitting here polishing off a bottle of Chardonnay. We haven't thought about dessert yet. Maybe later, but I'm enjoying this wine.

We used to have fried catfish all the time. My DH would fix it and it'd be SO good. I cannot figure out what he did differently 'cause I use the same ingredients and method he did. Maybe it was just because it was him that fixed it for us. That made it better.....just missin' him.....
Aw, Kell, he probably added a dash of his own TLC.

On the upside, it will be a great opportunity for you to get the boys to help get your senior pic up on the board!

Have you looked at my album in my profile? The only pic I could find that was already on a disc was one after I graduated - I was 19 and it was about a year before I got married!! I look so innocent......

I marinaded brats in a beer sauce and made potato salad yesterday. Our boys came for supper and cooked the brats on the grill and we had a nice Father's Day visit. They gave DH a gift card for Menard's. He's going to have fun with that! It was nice out too!

My boys love brats but I am having the hardest time trying to find those yummy poppy seed hot dog buns - they love those things but they are impossible to find!! Anyone know where they can be found in Georgia? Do I have to go to Chicago to get them??

LOL, Koala!! I never thought about that!! It is spelled that way - guess we should just spell the entire word out, huh?! Wouldn't want people to think we ate our disruptive children!! Even on a poppy seed bun that wouldn't be very nice!!
