I'd probably do the same thing you're doing....wait and see how it goes today before going to the doctor. At least it's pretty apparent that you didn't break anything. Sometimes a bruised bone can hurt just the same as a broken one.

Please take it easy and let others wait on you. You've earned the break (oops....bad choice of words :o)....I mean, you've earned the rest.

DM, our little fragile princess, thanks for updating! I hope today finds you better than yesterday and the pain keeps going away. My mom had to stop her Boniva because they think/thought it was what caused her calcium tumor. Sheesh, catch 22 huh? She's back on it after several months to see how she does. Maybe they will do that for you as well.

I take a medicine for osteoporosis and osteopenia called Fortical. It's a nasal mist. You put one puff in one nostril each day, alternating sides.

It works great for me. I just get a slight burning sensation for a few minutes once in awhile as a side effect. I hope this would work for you. I can't take the oral pills because they burn my esophagus badly.
