Sorry to hear you aren't feeling well

One thing I discovered through pregnancy....lemonade Yep...one of my nurses validated the lemonade experience for me, too

Hope you start feeling better soon!

So, what did the doc say, Sis?

I hate nausea. I have periods of time where I have nausea for no apparent reason and I know it is hard. I feel for you.

I'm here with the rest of the bunch wondering how you are doing. I'm praying you got relief from the headache and nausea.

Yeah....me, too. I can handle most any pain...but nausea...nope. I'm just a baby when it comes to that. Makes me cry.

Here's something I found that is almost miraculous whenever I've tried it. It's called Motion-Eze and it's an herbal remedy that you dab behind your ear! It's available at Walmart here, next to stuff like Dramamine. I tried it out on our first cruise - my mom gets really seasick. She was in bed, throwing up, and I went and dabbed her with the Motion-Eze, and within an hour she was up playing bingo. It works for other types of nausea too. I wish I'd known about it when I was pregnant.

Hey!

I've got a very cheap, effective naseau control....ICE.... put an ice cube on your neck....I don't know if it will work for migraine nausea, but for regular kind....try it!

I learned this by accident, trying to cool myself down one day when I was so sick to my stomach! And since then I have talked to others who have done this forever....

And I certainly hope this tip is for future nausea and you are not sick anymore!

Peace.

Try some ginger tea (you can get it in health food stores, whole foods...that kind of place). Use 2 teabags and let it steep for a really long time. OR you can buy some raw ginger in the grocery store, cut it up into chunks, and boil it in some water for about an hour. Then drink down. (more time consuming though but it's pretty powerful)
