Sorry it took me so long to get back to you.

That doc appt was for the pain clinic, so he doesn't *do* headache and nausea.

He was worried because my neck was totally locked up though - migraine does that to me, and I told him so. Told him too that I'd take another muscle relaxer when I got home and the muscles would mellow out as soon as the migraine backed down.

He said to call if I still had issues with that, but I was okay.

It wasn't the worst migraine ever, but I thought it would never end - 4 days?

So, I ended up finding some Tums, didn't have any candy but I do have peppermint tea so I had a cup of that, and I ate half an apple (my bro's advice).

And that helped a lot. At least I didn't barf all over the car doing the loop-de-loos on the express way.

I'm fine now. Just thanking my lucky stars I never get ill - I maybe got nausea 2 times with headaches, never with vertigo, and haven't even had the flu in over 10 yrs. I don't even get seasick.

Oh ow!! A 4 day migraine? Yuck and double yuck.

Glad you didn't barf. That would have added insult to injury.

<waving magic wand> Away, migraine!
<shaking sparking magic wand> Drat! Stupid wands.
<grandly waving magic wand again> BeGONE, Nausea!
<cradling singed hand> Ouch!
