I'm confused too. I thought I put in a message that I got an x-ray. Probably not paying attention - it was at work this morning and I was multi-tasking...

Result - femural bone infarction. I don't know what it means but I see a doc first thing in the morning for it. I'll find out then. This google thing can get scary when ya get a bunch of big words that sound not specifically very good...

I would ask my DD who is a Radiology Tech but she is at work! By the time I talk with her you will have already had your appointment!

Good Luck - glad you had it checked!

Infarction means that it has been deprived of blood supply. So somehow you've damaged the femural bone in such a way that the blood supply has been blocked.

Not good, Tom.

Somehow your femoral bone has had it's blood supply blocked.

How did you fall? Did you land on your femur or your side, or did you land on your feet?

Hope your doctor can fix it and make it all better.

Make sure you ask for a lollipop!
