Last night dh asked me to please have my 'cat magnet' removed, lol. He likes the cats, he just wants to shave them all! He's hysterical :). He runs around the house like a madman with the dustbuster sucking up every single bit of fur :D. The kid's and I bought him the heavy duty dustbuster a couple of years ago as a gag gift because he killed the battery on the old one :)! He's a wee bit neurotic. You guys are right. I shoulda just kept my mouth shut. When he saw her I should've just said 'oh, sorry dear I didn't even notice the other cat' :D

Send him to my house with that dustbuster!! I have cat hair "tumbleweed" rolling around my floors! It's a wonder they both aren't bald as much fur as they shed!! :p

I'm gonna call you....just want to get my errands run so I can come home and get into my "uniform" (sweatshirt & jeans) and get comfortable!!

Awwwww I want pictures!! This is how my best friend ended up with 6 cats and a dog. Her husband made her promise not more pets when they had 3 cats. Then they were driving home from vacation and she saw 3 little kittens under the overpass. Silly man stopped the car to help get the cats away from the highway now they have 6!

If I ever get up the energy to search for the usb cable for my camera, I'll post pictures. :D I know some of you are thinking 'yeah, right. I'm sure she'll do that...when he!! freezes over' LOL Maybe I'll surprise ya :).

When number 6 shows up - just don't say a word - he will never know the difference. ;)

Speaking of shaving cats - I have 3 cats - 2 of them are Hymilayians and have LONG, LONG fur that just leaves wads all over the house so..... my babies do get shaved !!!

Twice a year they get "Lion Cuts" - they all 3 look so cute with their big manes around their neck, boots on their feet and fluffy tails but shaved every where else. The man who grooms them, does a great job, he even cuts their manes so they don't hang real long and he gets rid of all loose fur. It has saved my sanity - the fur was just killing me - it was everywhere !!!!

You might think about it - your husband would notice all your kitties then - for sure !!! ROFL !!! :D

My neighbor - who has a cat that goes outside 2 or 3 times each day, says that his cat comes over and looks in the window at my 3 cats and laughs. I told him that his cat is just jelous and want a nice hairdo like mine get !!!

A sugar glider is an 'Australian flying squirrel'. I'm not sure if they are originally from Australia or not. Maybe our resident expert can help us with that. They kind of look like a combination of a rat and bat! It's the wings that make them look like a bat. They can glide, hence the word sugar glider. We would have them fly in our living room. The are marsupials so the mommy carries her little ones in a cute little pouch. By the time we sold them that pouch was looking kind of uncomfortable! They are also,oh I forgot the word! They come out at night! Nocturnal! So they make perfect 'pocket' pets cause you can put them in your pocket during the day. But if they don't like what you are doing they sure can bite. But if they are trained right they make wonderful little pets. And they don't cost a lot of money to maintain. I think our little mommy had about 17 babies before my daughter sold the breeeding pair.

Thanks for that link Curious! It brought back many fond memories of all those little babies. It was always interesting to see how much the Dad cared for his babies and the Mom. He would sit on those little ones and let Mom have a much needed rest at the bottom of the cage.
