Default Prom Dress
DD#2's senior prom is the end of the month - yesterday while out for Mother's Day with my mum & 2 DDs - we picked out a pattern and material for mum to make her dress! Here is a picture of the pattern - going to beautiful and a LOT of work for mum. The material is a beautiful pale yellow.

That is so great! will save you a truck load of money to make it and not buy it. Learing to sew has been one of the best things I ever did. Way to go mom!

I wish I had my mom's or her moms talant when it comes to sewing - she is a beautiful semstress and so was Gram. I am sure she will be the belle of the prom!!

I love that pattern! My Mom could sew anything.....I can't even thread a needle (literally.....at this point I can't!! ). I wish I had learned how to sew. It'd be a great hobby since I'm home all the time.
