Very good post from J.M.C. on the ALS forum. I wasn't sure how many from the MS Forum would see it. I hope it's okay that I copied the link......it touched me and I just wanted to share it. It can apply to anyone diagnosed with any disease:

Thanks so much, Kelly! He is an amazing and inspirational person . This was particularly relevant to me because I've been thinking that I need to embark on some sort of spiritual journey myself.
