Well I am back on line after over a week without the use of
my computer.  The rest of the remodeling in the house was finished. This time I had to go to my DS's house, because the work that was being done (was riping the old carpets and redoing the Hard Wood Floors, and finishing with the painting of the rooms. Couldn't stay home because of the fumes and well all the furniture was moved to the part of the house that was finished. No place to rest or use my computer.  It feels so good to be back.  Jappy

So how does it look? Are you enjoying the remodeling work that was done? Sounds like a lot of new stuff. What did you have done?

I first had an addition put on for a bigger kitchen and a laundry storage room taking down walls to make rooms bigger. Now you can see all the rooms no matter which one you are in. Put a new Bay window in LR Added a Mantel and Bookshelves to the fireplace which is one whole wall. Some other stuff that comes when you start to remodel. PROBLEMS!!!!! This past week was to take up carpets and refinish the Hard Wood Floors. I couldn't stay at the house when this was being done. Will put some pics when I get them. Thanks for Asking. I will never do this again and don't recommend it. The real reason I started this was because if the ms gets worse and pray it doesn't I will have amble room if I ever needed a wheel chair and any other helping equip. Jappy

Do you have pics? I remember the pics you posted of your kitchen and laundry room. They were beautiful. We'd love to see the other renovations you've done!

I hear ya about never wanting to do that again! I said the same thing the last two times, lol, and here I am again...
 It looks good when it's over though, huh? Dh and I did a few things to the kitchen, then a complete gut to the bath. Then he left - Florida. Was layed off and transferred. I'm trying to fix the place up so I can move down there too. So far, I'm almost packed, got one room painted. Soooo, who did your place, can they come to Ohio, and do they work for food? Lol...
