I go to a place called Positive Changes. You go in twice a week, and are hypnotised by someone there. They then record your session, and you replay it for yourself everyday. They also give you a cd to listen in the morning when you get up, and at night when you go to bed. After a twenty minute session, I felt like I slept for 2 hours. I was actually rested. It was great. I am going on a nine month program. You can do less or more. After talking to them I felt that this would be best for me. I can get help in more areas than weight loss. They have quit smoking programs, pain control, personal growth, programs to help your self confidence. They even have programs that will help you with your golf swing. LOL I don't believe I will make use of that though.
I am really enjoying it.
