Yes, I suffer with this feeling as well! There is a tightness, pulling and cramping feeling in both my forearms. I first really noticed this after my carpal tunnel surgery, especially in my left arm. I thought the pulling feeling etc. would go away after the surgery,It didn't!! I find even walking back from the mail box with an envelope(must be because of bending of my arm) gives me pain and I know to change positions quickly. My husband hates me warming up my hands on him!!LOL, but as cold as they are, so much burning, kinda like a halls cough drop, no kidding thats what my hands feel like!! I have noticed alot of cramping on the baby finger side of my hand, as well as (I think nerves jumping) thumb side and wrist, again on the left side. Kind of like when your eye twitches.
Take care,
Hairdresser
