Default Any help with replacement med?

I am sorry to repeat a post, but need help. Darvoset worked for me and now it is going to be off the market. My doctor prescribed Taramadol. I requested it thinking it would help. But I have read nothing but horror stories about it.

I am too scared to try it.

Is there anything else I can ask for to replace Darvoset?

Maybe I should try no medicine and live with the pain.
