my left trap feels jellyish
i dont have muscles so i dont know if this is "normal" but its on the side with my raised rib ![]() i dont think i have trgr pts there and its not warm so does that mean its not inflammation? my pt has never felt it and said oh thats inflamed but sometimes its squishy and sometimes its rock hard (spasm?) this did not happen until i started lifting weights and nerve glides which i have stopped. thank god! |
