Are you sure it isn't spasmed all the time or part of the time - and you just notice it more when you relax your mind?

100% sure. Only when i relax. It is franck spasm the second i start to relax deeply.
And my symptoms get better immediatly after. But return 15 sec after the spasm has ended. It seem the spasm temporaly improve symptoms. |

If it is a brief spasm , it could be just twitching??
I think most TOS spasms usually last days, weeks or longer if no therapy is done to resolve them. And even longer if the irritating activity is ongoing.. like a job. ![]()

Maybe twitching, what does it change ?
Anyway, i think the sternal ball release (anterior neck inhibiton) work because i realy improve, specicaly vein symptoms. But don't try it, because we don't know if my "spasms" are good or not. Last edited by boytos; 04-08-2011 at 02:15 PM. |

When i do the sternal ball release (anterior neck inhibiton), i feel an elastic feeling on my scalenes, like they are very weak/soft.
