Default 4 Years
It's hard to believe I've been working on my mobility for four years now. I have no idea how many hours that I've spent doing joint mobility exercises, self-myofascial release, and vacuum cupping, but it's paying off. In the last several weeks I've made good progress. I've had TOS for about 34 years now so improvements come very slowly.
