Default can't feel my low traps

so my pt keeps aksing me to squeeze these, id be willing to bet 9/10 x i either squeeze my lats or my upper traps( big no no)

has anyone else had this issue? im hoping itll resolve overtime, trying not to get derpessed but scapular winging sounds very tricky to solve and all i hear about are people who never figured it out

yeah i have total brain fog but im not sure if its bc im in so much freakin pain

labs i ordered myself:
FREE t3 2.9 (2.0-4.4) reverse t3 271 (90-350)

and my ratio between these is a 10.8 but in a healthy person it's supposed to be a 20, according to STOPTHETHYROIDMADNESS. i really rec that site for anyone trying to test their hormones.

the tx for some of this stuff is controversial so i'd have to pay a lot of money upfront to a holistic doc. so i guess ill put that on hold. blargh.
