Default stellate ganglion

what does stellate ganglion pain feel like

i have mild achey pain on my left side right in the center of my neck where my collar bone comes in. could this be from a tight scm? when i push it..it feels inflamed

it feels like i have a billion trigger points or just bundles of muscle around my left clavicle too. but theyre HUGE
