Default how do you exercise serratus without exercising pecs?!

the only exercise i see are cable rows and serratus punches with a cable

all of the rest of these exercises look like they would strenghten pecs..am i wrong

maybe some of these videos might be doable?

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MsEVM_MKG9I

*at the very end of this one they guy mentions doing same things on the floor & floor angels if you can't do the wall work.*

He should have started with that first and then progressed forward from there.

i've done those! i used to not be able to do them at all but now i can.. i need some strengthening tho

i swear the sink pushups i was doing were really helping my s.a. i could look at my my shoulder from the side and the bottom wouldn't peek out after doing them.

but my pecs are huge. gaaaah. i guess ill try push up plus again. i really hope my pt has other suggestions.

well i tried the push up plus again, against the wall and on my knees and AGAIN had a bad reaction to it. no spasms, but i swear it elevated my ribs and i just felt dizzy and sick.

ive done other exercises, like cable rows without this happening. really starting to think it's just an overrated exercise that people with tos should NOT be doing.

this video is genius, explains why pushup plus sucks

you can see this really really strong guy and he can't even do the exercise properly, it looks disturbing
