Are these nice to have? I've never seen one before. Are they worth it?

My Thera Cane came today. I love shopping on Amazon it's so fast and easy. It was 40 bucks including shipping.
I played around with it a little bit and it seems pretty easy to reach anywhere on your body. It has 6 different knobs on it, so there's a lot of different ways you can use it. It also seems pretty easy to find a trigger point and stay on it without having to use much arm strength, which is a good thing. My first impression of it is good, but I'll have to use it for awhile before I can really give a good evaluation of it. I put it away for now because I have a tendency to overdo myself when ever I get something new to play with. |

If you have triggerpoints that are hard to reach - like in the muscles of your back, they are great

I have trigger points everywhere :-( Problem is, I don't have the strength to work on them. Does this work like a lever making less strength necessary to use it? If so, I'll definitely have to grab one.

Yes, you get a lot of leverage with this and so it really doesn't take that much arm strength to get pretty deep into the muscle. I was using my thumbs a lot before but that was kind of aggravating my TOS. I really like this thing.

I've been using the Thera Cane everyday since I got it and it works great. It's easy to use pretty much anywhere on your body and it gets in there deep. I have plenty of bruises to prove it. It's definitely worth the money.

I've been using this Thera Cane for close to five months now and I love it. I can't say I love using it, because it hurts like heck sometimes, but it sure gets results.
It's worked especially well on my calves and legs. I just lay in bed and rest my calves on one of the knobs and it really digs in there deep in breaks things up. If I move my foot around, it's kind of an active release. It's great on my hamstrings, hip flexors, quads, and IT bands as well. It's even great on my shins and ankles. It does leave bruises sometimes, but my muscles are getting so much more pliable. I've tried many other things, different types of balls, foam rollers and such, but this thing is hands down my favorite. I use it daily and rotate the areas of my body that I use it on. I'm finding that working on my entire body is best, since all the fascia connected. The person that invented this did an excellent job, in my opinion.
