Last night I tried some trigger point massage with a spiky ball after reading a book about it. I worked on my back and my forearm muscles.
Within a few hours I was screaming, had to take Vicodin to fall asleep and today I feel like a train hit me. Is this normal or did I do something wrong? I thought I'd try something on my own as waiting for the drs to make up their minds is driving me nuts. |

You also need to make sure that you drink lots of water to help remove the toxins from the trigger points that you have worked on.
