Default hand pain from TOS

Anyone have muscle pain and tightness in their hand/wrist that is caused from TOS? I've had muscle type pains in my hand for a long time and pain when I bend my wrist back. Three hand surgeons haven't been able to find a cause. Its not related to carpal tunnel (I had that and had surgery for it, surgery was a success). The pain when I bend my wrist has only come on in the past year. MRI is negative. Any thoughts?

I had hand/wrist pain, due to muscle tightness /tension, had a lot of hand arm PT due to main Dx of wrist strain (work comp) but it only fully resolved when I also had therapy & chiropractic for the neck & upper back.

Checked for any Trigger points??

I agree neck and trap tightness can cause the arms to become tight and cause pain.

Yes, that is how my symptoms started, with the wrists and forearms first.

I have alot of pain in my hands -- aching, throbbing and waking me up in the middle of the night. I get severe flare-ups. I also have some neck/shoulder stuff going on my left side.
Every TOS doctor that I've been to has said the neck/shoulder stuff could be TOS-related...but they don't thing the bilateral hand pain is TOS.
I don't know what to think....
