Oh yes, I got her TOS program back in 2003 or 04.

I felt it really was/is helpful for my RSI version of TOS.
Her stretches are the first thing I go back to when I start to feel tightness creeping in.

But it wasn't the only thing I used, I had very good PT s ( about 7 different PT and only 1 was a rookie/dud) and a very good chiro, along with off work and lots of focus on self care/posture etc.. It still took couple of years to turn it around.

But I had no direct nerve issues or no major vascular issues, mine was mainly soft tissue from major bilateral RSIs & shoulder strains.
( adhesions, triggerpoints, spasms with some misalignments factoring in..)
