Default Neck Throbbing

I am sure others have asked and this has been answered before....

I mentioned in my first post. My main symtoms are pain in my hands, forearms, neck and shoulders. I assume these are mainly neuro symtoms.
I also get this throbbing in my neck at night. Typically when I lie on my back or left side. It actually wakes me up and if I move my neck slightly it will stop. I also get the slightest numbness on my face around my eyebrow/lips and only while lying down. I am super cold all the time. (This is not something new) To the point where I have to get up at night and shower. (keep in mind I live in CA) I never get any swelling or numbness.
Do others get this.....it drives me nuts mainly bc it wakes me up couple times a night...almost every night . I cannot figure out if it is causing any of the daytime pain.
I guess if I go for Botox Dr. Jordan will be able to see what is happening with my Ultrasound.
