Default Hi all,

Phoebe here. Bored to death and too hot to even open doors for dog and cats, thank goodness for pet doors! 104 today (one more day).

I'm doing well. I'm in kind of a standard mode of trigger point releases, followed by stretches, it seems to be my best bet. 4 - 5 X daily, only for about 10 min. each time. I've got neuro involvement from either c-spine or tos. Chiro when needed. phoebe
