Last night I decided to take the dog for a walk...something I have been wanting to do for ages...He is a small dog so he doesn't pull or anything.
By the time I got home my shoulder blade hurt, then my neck, my arm, now my side...I feel like I have been run over! Any ideas how to walk without increasing pain? Sounds silly but I know this must happen to others! |
