Default A Little Bit of Good bye

I've been having such a hard time of the pain that I think I need to go back to what I did last year, and just hibernate and take a break from the Board. It is such a Catch-22 that the one place I get support is also the one place where I keep hurting myself by sitting here too long...

But please PM me if you really need a friend.

God bless and see you next year!!!

Heart (((((tam)))))

Hun, please take extra-good care of yourself. BABY YOU!!! It's the only way to break the pain cycle.

We will miss your presence here - hope you can at least lurk from time to time.

Much love to you,
Anne

Default Tam

Everything us TOSer's like to do TOS intercepts and drains our emotions and increases pain.

A wise ole friend told me, "if you enjoy it, then do it as long as it doesn't create more stress. We have lost our motherhood, housewife, childlike persona, our careers, pleasures, participating in sports, cooking, gardening, art, etc..."

It's unfair to ourselves to take away such a pleasure at a moderation. Whats that we all say. We each have our own tolerance.

We are going to have pain no matter what we do in life 24/7 even reaching for a white vest with a fur collar that catches ones eye once in a life time to try it on. Thats why I dont go shopping for me. It hurts. Have to focus on what I can do with limitations.

I know its hard and by all means I'm the worst at getting frustrated of all the life changes and challenges, for us all.
