I have them every 3/4 weeks. Maybe 10/15 injections, they can give you a spray on numbing solution if you need it, I don't use it because, it takes so much time and I don't like the risk of breathing it in. If you live with chronic pain every day, then the pain of the needles is nothing to worry about.

Hopefully they will last longer than a week.
